Week 1: Embrace Your Body

- Focus: Body Love Meditation, Upper Body Isolations

& Heart Chakra activation exercises

- Details:  Begin your journey with daily Body Love Meditation to deepen your self-acceptance. Focus on upper body isolations like wrist, hands, fingers, shoulders, and chest to enhance your connection to your body.

Incorporate Heart Chakra exercises to ground

and centre yourself.

 

Week 2: Energize and Shine

- Focus: Awakening to Delight meditation,

Full Body Undulations & Solar Plexus

 Chakra activation exercises

- Details: Master full-body undulations and upper body movements, adding fun and vibrancy to your practice. Engage in Solar Plexus  exercises to boost confidence & courage

 Enjoy our exclusive “She Is Too Much” video to inspire you to embrace your light.

 

Week 3: Ground and Connect

- Focus:  Morning Gratitude Meditation, Lower Body Isolation

& Root Chakra activation exercises

- Details: Learn vertical and horizontal hip isolations along with pelvic movements. Integrate daily Gratitude Meditation to enhance your emotional well-being. Focus on Root Chakra exercises to release and open up foundational

energy centers.

 

Week 4: Flow and Abundance

- Focus: Manifest & Dance Meditation,  Hip Circles, Figure 8 Movements & Sacral Chakra activation exercises

- Details: Dive into the fluidity of hip circles and Figure 8 movements. Engage in Sacral Chakra exercises to manifest abundance and creativity through dance. Practice our "Manifesting & Dance" meditation to align your goals with your dance practice.

 

Week 5: Dance with Joy

- Focus: Hip Drops and Shimmies

- Details: Incorporate hip drops and shimmies for a playful and expressive practice. Revisit the Body Love Meditation to continue fostering a positive relationship with your body. Reflect on how this joyful movement influences your well-being.

 

Week 6: Choreography Part 1

- Focus:  Learn and Practice

- Details: Start learning Choreography Part 1, focusing on foundational steps and transitions. Upload a video for interactive feedback to refine your technique and build confidence. Integrate mindfulness and Sacral Chakra work to support your learning process.

 

Week 7: Choreography Part 2

- Focus: Building and Integrating

- Details: Add Choreography Part 2 and practice integrating it with Part 1. Continue to upload videos for feedback and apply mindfulness and Sacral Chakra exercises to enhance your practice and creativity.

 

Week 8: Final Refinement and Performance

- Focus:  Complete Routine and Reflect

- Details: Learn and perfect Choreography Parts 3 and 4. Submit your final video performance and reflect on your journey through our course.
